New UFC game trailer

This was on tv friday on the game trailers show on spike Visit My Website. I dunno how many of you guys are gamers but this looks pretty nice but I am being cautiously optimistic about how it will play. In the trailers it looks like the guys are getting outta tight spots kinda easily and such.

 

Looks great. Can't wait to buy it.

 

Looks too arcadey. Like Fight Night with kicks/holds.

 

Looks pretty damn sweet IMO.

I wonder how many buttons you're going to have to hit to get all of those various moves?

So, some new screens from the (somewhat controversial?) UFC game, I gotta say its looking pretty good. Suppose to come out Dec 31 which is pretty soon.

 

I actually cannot recall saying this.

Anyway, like I said before. Looks sick.

 

Where did you hear that? ign.com said it is to come out "TBA 2009". In fact every website says that.

Edit: I read that now at the bottom. But every site says TBA 2009 and I would think if it was really coming out Dec. 31 the UFC would be totally pumping it up.

 

Could be dec 31 2009, doesnt say a year at the bottom. I sure hope its not dec 31 2009.

 

I did hear people on the internet say it wouldn't be until the end of 09, but they didn't have links or anything so I didn't fully believe it.

 

I thought fight night was pretty good. But I agree, THQ is going to have a hard time getting the controls for jits down. I can't imagine it being smooth.
