People have said that the old Yao photo makes him look like a pansy. I don't know if this is really that much better in the macho department, but it's better than that old photo.
Better than almost every headshot of Yao I've seen so far. He looks like he hadn't taken a shower since waking up though, I have the same problem with my briskly hair.
