    Happy New Year fellow Warriors fans.

    I just want to wish every one a happy new year (a little early) and to remind you to remember the darkness of the past 11 years.

    Yes the past month has been a let down after the great start but let's remember what happened post-Webber;

    Lost Don Nelson, the best thing to happen to the Warriors after Rick Barry;

    Sprewell, Gatling, Billy Owens all lost their heart and moved on;

    Had to watch Victor Alexander play center at 6'8";

    Watch Twardzik pass up Kobe and choose Todd Fuller instead;

    Celebrate the energy of a 38-44 team led by Musselman and watch Boykins leave;

    My point is that the team is being talked about as a 42-48 win team right now and there is a bright future with Biedris hopefully flowering and Diogu getting better. The pieces are there, let's have patience.

    Nice post, I totally agree that we should even be grateful that we have a team that will probably finish above .500. Its exciting that the W's can make the playoffs this year but I'd be fine if we have to wait another season for our future frontcourt to develop.
