Nice pickup by the Spurs, he's going to be a steal for them. I remember last season the Spurs tried to acquire JR Smith, because Pop wanted another athletic wing player. Flight White will fill this need, and could eventually be the long term replacement for Bruce Bowen. Apparently the Pacers cut White because he struggled defensively, but I just think their expectations were too, high for what White was ready to deliver on. James White is an athletic freak and gym rat. With the coaching staff the Spurs have, he should live up to his potential.
Big time pick-up for the Spurs, now that Flight White has arrived, the Spurs should see him soar into the shoes that Bowen's leave when he retires. James White is has the madest hopz I've see in awhile coming from a college player in awhile, should be fun to watch for many years to come.
