Gary Oldman (Commish. Gordon) told fans at ComicCon that the film starts shooting next year. No word on the script, possible enemies, and if Nolan is directing yet (seems extremely likely that he will). Good!

Cool. I'll be amazed if Nolan can top Dark Knight. Highly unlikely, though. What are they going to do with The Joker? Re-cast?
The Dark Knight was a really flawed movie technically. I don't think he'll be able to top the experience though as few characters are as deep and fascinating as the Joker and as I've heard many say it was basically "The Joker Movie featuring Christian Bale as Batman". Plus Ledger was brilliant and the hype around his death made it that much better. Batman Begins was really good too though.
Yeah, its rumored to be released in 2011. Word is that Orlando Bloom has been let go (good), and it'll feature the adventures of Jack Sparrow. Should be awesome. I don't care what people say or think about me, I fucking love Jack Sparrow.
Yeah, that was the initial rumor. Knightley has said she is done reprising her role as Elizabeth Swan. She doesn't want her whole career to be remembered as her.
Pirates of the Carribean is overrated. I thought the first one was okay, the last two were boring. Especially the third one.
I love the Pirates movies. As long as Depp is in them, they'll be fantastic. He made those movies, plain and simple.
