How do you guys see this team?

I see Kwame being the number two option, Eddie Jordan loves this guy, and honestly I can see him averaging 15 and 9 next year, here is a quote that i read on another message board from washingtonwizards.com

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">WashingtonWizards.com: Kwame Brown has endured a lot during his young career, but under your tutelage this season he is flourishing. Still just 21 years old, can you speak to his emergence this season?

Eddie Jordan: Kwame has a great personality. He is one of the few players that no matter what happens the night before, or the day before in practice, whether he didn?t play well, or the coach got on him or whatever, he will come by my office with a cheery hello and with a smile on his face. That?s number one; he is a great guy. He has come a long way. When we talk about his growth it is about more than 12 points and 8 rebounds. It?s about his work ethic and his approach to the game. His focus, his energy, his defensive presence; we see growth in all of those areas that people don?t see, and that the media doesn?t see. If they see that he doesn?t get a certain number of blocks, or 18 points and 10 rebounds, its like it?s not a success, but we have seen his growth in a number of areas, not just on the stat sheet.</div>

That is for people who thought Kwame had a bad attitude..Kwame takes the bullet for EJ most of the time too.
I think Arenas will be the number one option, and he will play smarter ball. Stackhouse will be gone I think, I think we will expose him in the Expansion draft and Charlotte will take him, Larry Hughes will be the 3rd option, Brendan Haywood will be a very strong 4th option. I can see Jarvis Hayes being the starting SF, the only problem with this is, bigger SFs always give him problems.
Our bench should be pretty good too with players like Dixon, Thomas, and Blake being on the second unit. Dixon is like Earl Boykins, he is a spark plug, Blake has awesome court vision and has developed a J, and Etan Thomas has huge heart, he gets down and dirty in the post, he goes for the ball no matter what.

Washington has made talant on the bench this year. Next year is going to be Jarvis Hayes' year. I see alot of potential in him.

If we can get rid of Stack and Etan that will give us 12 mil in cap...that could help us build our team into a defensive team around Kwame and Gilbert.

We need to get rid of Stackhouse, I really don't see him as being helpful ot the team. He migth become like a cancer, kinda like how Ricky Davis was to Cleveland in the beginning of the season. I really wish everyone was healthy this year so their could have been a better perspective of where the team stand, but it just didn't happen. I love the youth though, Arenas is going to be a force in this league, don't be surprised if you see him in All Nba Fisrt team in a couple of years.

Kwame has been playing consistently, and next year we should have Hughes back. So Arenas, Hughes, Stack (if he's still here), Kwame, and our drafted center [IMG], if we draft someone good that is. I like Ethan, but I don't think he's staying, and Haywood can be good at times but I dunno. The bench has some nice guards with the Maryland Duo, and Haywood can be backup C, Hayes at the 3, and Chris Whitney should be back (too many PG's), Jefferies at the 4 and also the 3 and their's basically a pretty decent backup at every positon.

Its all about Arenas and Kwame with Hughes as the third man, the rest can be good defenders that can put up point but don't demand the ball. Hayes needs to start, so I'm hoping we can rid Stack.
