The NFL is planning on having the Saints play in San Antonio. Here's the advantage for the NFL. They will have people in San Antonio paying higher than normal ticket prices to see NFL games, and they will pay it too, because they don't have a team. Also, by showcasing the Saints in the Alamodome, they are trying to get the city's approval of maybe an expansion team, or a team to move to San Antonio. This is absolutely rediculous. Next, they award the Giants a 9th home game, and make the Saints the road team. Not only are they awarding an extra home game to a team in the largest viewing market, but they are putting the game on Monday Night, which means more advertising money, and another game in primetime. It's sad to say, but when this tragedy struck, I think some people in the NFL were happy.
Haha, Just take the tragedy for what it is and don't be trying to turn it into a conspiracy thery that the nfl are trying to capitalize. They are accomodating The Saints and just happened to have moved it to San Antonio, if they moved it somewhere else you would be saying the same. They had to go Somewhere.
I don't know about the NFL offices being happy about Katrina. You can look at an extra game in primetime as being an opportunity to make money, but it also gives fans a chance to watch more football. If the NFL makes more money, perhaps they'll give more money to Katrina relief. I will admit that I wasn't real impressed with the one million dollars the league has given so far.

I'm just waiting to hear from BF1 how Favre and Strahan are responsible.

If Eli gets it together this could be like Faulk/Warner/Holt/Bruce all over again only add a good TE in there.

You recievers arent fit to shine thier shoes.
Saints should play in Death Valley, they would make alot more money from that! And they would probably win more. It will practically be a home game, and the stadium gets soooooo loud!
