Like I said earlier, the Raiders' defense is their kryptonite...really painful to watch. They've averaged allowing a little over 30 points a game and are OK vs the run but abysmal vs the passing defense and seem very disorganized. So the finally did something I've been screaming for all year, which is to can Paul fucking Gunther...which they did after yesterday's dismal game vs the Colts.
