The St. Louis Rams have a decent amount of talent and should be much better than a 2-11 team. What happened to quarterback Sam Bradford? How could he have taken such a huge step backwards in his development? According to the price per head sports experts, Bradford has no one to throw to. The Rams do not have one single true number one wide receiver on the roster. That is why Steven Jackson is gaining all of the yards, Bradford is taking the beating and the Rams are losing games. The porous offensive line does not help either. The Rams will probably fire head coach Steve Spagnuolo at the end of the season. But the truth is that the Rams should fire the general manager and give Spagnuolo one more chance with Bradford and some real receivers.

The Cincinnati Bengals have a tenuous hold on the eighth and final playoff spot in the AFC. The Oakland Raiders are hot on the Bengals’ trail for that last playoff spot, but the Raiders seem to be having problems putting together wins when it needs them. The Bengals players should be able to hold their heads high regardless of the outcome of this season since the Bengals were not supposed to be anywhere near this competitive, according to the pay per head preseason projections. The Bengals have a lot to build off of for next season including rookie quarterback Andy Dalton, rookie wide receiver A.J. Green and an excellent defense. This is definitely a game between two teams headed in opposite directions.

    St. Louis Rams
The St. Louis Rams have scored the least amount of points in the NFL. In 13 games played, the Rams have scored a total of 153 points. To go along with that, the Rams have given up 326 points in total this season. The only team with a worse point differential than the Rams is the 0-13 Indianapolis Colts. People love to point fingers when it comes to losing, but the Rams can only point the fingers at themselves. A Bodog review of last season showed a Rams team on the rise and ready to compete with almost any team in the league. The worst case scenario for the Rams this season was an 8-8 record. Now that the worst case has been exceeded, things are going to get pretty desperate in St. Louis.

    Cincinnati Bengals
The scary part for St. Louis in this game is that it will not be able to protect Sam Bradford from the Cincinnati defense. When the Bengals’ defensive line is not putting pressure on Bradford, the linebackers are taking away the outlet pass giving Bradford nowhere to go with the ball. If Bradford tries to get the ball deep down the field, the Cincinnati secondary will be there to pick him off. This could be a very long day for Bradford and the Rams.

    The Bottom Line
The NFL scores that the Rams have been involved in this season have been extremely lopsided. When the season is over, the wrong people in the Rams’ organization will pay the price for the performance on the field. For week 15, the Rams just want to get out of this game with their already-injured quarterback intact.

    Pick: Cincinnati Bengals
