Didn't really know where to put this but it's OT and a great deal/screw up from Fry's.

    Xbox version

    PS2 Version

Just bought one for XB and it came out to $12.90 with tax and S&H, limit 3 per customer. And for those of you who don't know Fry's is a very reputable retailer in California and a few other places on the west coast so you don't have to worry about this being a scam.

Damn! This is what happens when you put the decimal in the wrong spot...

Nah, I think it's legit if they're limiting it to 3 per customer.

^Yeah, nevermind. Plus there's only 4 days where you'll get the price, so you're probably right. I was thinking it might be a mistake because if you move the decimal... 49.99 to 4.99 it makes some sense.

The game is only 20 bucks everywhere else though.

This isn't a mess up. I get this type of deal every time I go in-store to purchase, if not a better price for certain games. I remember a while back I looked everywhere for better prices on TimeSplitters: Future Perfect and only found it for $49.99 at places like Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. Even more so at the mall, Gamestop, or EB Games. I went to Fry's and found it for $19.50 brand new. Best electronics store, ever.

Also, one of the reasons you're finding NHL 2K7 so low is that the development team left out so many details from the next generation version that the curren gen games are considered low-class copies. They basically went lazy on this game. They didn't even bother adding the new motion cap for players and goalies as promised. However, at that price you can't argue.

Fry's is the greatest electronics store ever. Their prices normally blow Bestbuy, Circuit City, Walmart, and Target out of the water.

Yeah, because they have tight restrictions at the exits to prevent any stealing. Less stealing, lower prices. The others often have shoplifting problems. That's why Wal-Mart stores went up a dollar on some items like toys this past year.

I got NHL 07 for free anyways, so it's all good. You got info on that game M Two One? So far I've been pretty pleased with it, even if the graphics are almost the same as last year's.

I've only been to Fry's once with my friend to get a network card, but from what I saw it's amazing. Gigantic store.

Too many to name, especially when using this European keyboard. For a good review I would check out Game Informer's as they made it short and to the point of what they missed. I personally didn't like either NHL "action" games this season and highly suggest a superior and much more accurate title: NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 for the PC. This game is fantastic. They even took the time to add the new Sabres emblem.

You can test it for free for six full months and then if you like it a lot you may purchase a copy directly to your computer with no shipping BS. It may not have the action, but if you want in-depth material nothing beats this. PCGamer selected it as one of the best for this year in computer gaming and Ganspot.com rated it at 8.8/10 overall.

This company is behind the best footy manager in the world. They also make a baseball manager title and though I haven't tried it I can't imagine what could be wrong with it considering the fact that all of the developer's games are very solid each year out. Someone want to give it a shot and report back?

Lol, what's wrong with TPO? I played the trial version, didn't think it was too bad.
