I doubt Kawhi or Green are especially adept at dealing w/doubles, and if they're posting up then that means Duncan or Splitter (or both) are off the blocks) and neither is the fastest guy in the world (or will be out at the 3 pt line). Just don't leave Parker or Green open on the perimeter and let LMA occasionally double.

The first few times it happened, I don't think Kawhi expected it, and made some boneheaded plays, but he's improved now. If you double, we just have to move to swing the ball and find the open man.
