if thats real, that is pretty sick and someone should be intervening and get some food in that girls body

 

I'll bet that extreme picture is fake or altered...I saw her with Lionel (her dad) on TV the other day and she looked thin but okay...She wouldn't be out on the beach looking like that...no matter how bad the disease is.
