the niners had a lead, the momentum, and the home crowd on thier side. too bad they had to play the 4th quarter. after a Donavan McNabb interception just seconds before the 4th quarter, the niners were looking to coast to a much needed victory, and Coach nolan would have loved to get off the hottest seat in the league for a week. but alas, thats why they play the game. The Eagles scored 23 points in the 4th quarter to the Niners ZERO!!!, and trounced the 49ers right out of thier own stadium, 40-26. too bad i didnt make a sig bet with an eagles fan, i love getting reminded about how horrible my team is. btw my premonition was correct as Correll Buckhalter rushed 18 times for 93 yards IN ADDITION TO 7 catches for another 85. on the bright side, Vernon Davis was our leading reciever with 6 catches for 75 yards including a 57 yard completion, and Gore played well, netting 101 yards on 19 carries with a score..
Yeah, that was a nice play he had. He had a good overall game with 6 receptions. The first play was real surprising though.
