<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">With the fate of Larry Brown likely to be decided later this week, the focus for the Pistons has shifted to Tuesday's NBA draft, where they hope to pick a player who will help with depth. This year's prospects lack big men and shooting guards. But there are many in-between players who could make intriguing options with the Pistons' 26th pick in the first round. Utah's Andrew Bogut or North Carolina's Marvin Williams will likely go first overall to Milwaukee. Atlanta has the second pick. Some of the players the Pistons brought in during the team's run for the NBA Finals included Anthony Roberson, a junior early entrant from Florida who starred at Saginaw High. Roberson is more of a shooting guard who must make the transition to point guard because he's just 6-feet-2. Another guard prospect who's more of a true point guard is Aaron Miles (6-1) of Kansas, who isn't as good a shooter as Roberson. The Pistons, however, may not be looking for a point guard. They already have Lindsey Hunter and Carlos Arroyo. But if Brown returns, he might want another, because he wasn't thrilled with Arroyo's defense. Next season also could be the last for Hunter, 34, before retirement. The team likely will take the best possible player or an athlete at small forward who could spell Tayshaun Prince.</div> Source
