http://www.nypost.com/seven/04282008/sport...rlos_108434.htm Delgado hit two homeruns against a division rival, and didn't go out and acknowledge the fans cheering for him. He did his best to downplay it, saying he's only gone out for a curtain call after his 400th HR and after hitting 4 homeruns in a game. But he still needs to do everything he can to get back on the fans good side after slumping for a good year and a half now.
Mike and the Mad Dog were talking about this while I was driving home from school today. I didn't see the game last night, so I don't know exactly what happened, but I really don't see what the big deal is. If he didn't feel like taking a curtain call, who the hell cares? They've been booing him forever and I really don't blame him for not complying with their wishes.

I didn't really think it was a big deal but it's in most of the papers and a subject of the talk radio shows. To me Delgado should be milking this for all he can get, he's not in a good position to annoy the fans considering his slump for the past year and a half now.
