<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">With the Raptors up by 20 in the final seconds and sitting at 97 points, the Toronto crowd was pleading with Matt Bonner to take a three and hit triple digits and win them all a free slice of pizza. Bonner looked like he was about to do it, too, until Darrick Martin told him not to ? and that?s when everyone started booing ? We?re out like free pizza ?

I felt like posting this because my girlfriend and I couldn't stop laughing when people started booing at the end of the game. I have to admit, we both started booing too, hehe.

You had to hear Bosh after the game, when Norma Wick asked him about that. He said something like they wanted to show some sportsmanship, unlike some other people around the league. Gerald Green?

HAHAHA! I think pizza is more important than sportsmanship, especially when the ACC charges $14 for a nacho combo. I love your sig dude, hehe!

This reminds me of a promo the Grizzlies had in their first season in Memphis where you'd get free nachos if the team reached 100 points. We had 97 points, the game was far out of reach, and there was about 10 seconds left, but instead of just holding onto the ball, Battier launched a three, made it, and then ran backwards acting like he was eating nachos. I always thought that was pretty cool of him to do. With the price we pay for tickets, we should get a little something back, especially in blowout losses.
