Jackson hobbled in practice If he's playing at less than 100%, or if he can't go at all, that puts even more of an emphasis on Reggie to score early and often, hopefully wearing him out. Not to mention Miller would then have to try and stick with Pierce and hopefully that will sap even more energy from him on the offensive end. Also, sounds like Tinsley won't be going at all in the series. I can't believe the bad luck the Pacers are having with injuries. If we weren't playing them, I would actually feel bad for them... but we are, so I don't. p.s. despite what it says at the bottom of the article, I've heard a couple reports that there are more like 3,000 tickets still available. That's too bad, that's the best arena I've ever been in.
Could this be mind games being played on the Pacers' part? I have my suspicions. Just like Carlisle said he was going to "slow down the game" after game 1, yet they were shooting at will on the break. I wouldn't put it past Rick to play a game like this, but if he's not, it'll sure make things easier for us.
I noticed SJax limping after he made the dunk near the end of Game 2. He said he will be ready for Game 3 though.
