With the Feb. 21 in-season trading deadline approaching, Ed Stefanski said, "There's nothing real hot right now."

That includes anything of real substance concerning point guard Andre Miller, the Sixer most wanted by other teams.

"We'll go to the trade deadline looking to improve, but there will be no changes for the sake of change," Stefanski said.

Stefanski declined to comment on the status of coach Maurice Cheeks, but a source familiar with the situation indicated that he was not considering a move in that area. -- Philadelphia Daily News</div>

Nah, Ed still has something up his sleeve. Probably just waiting for the right offer to come along.

I'm hoping there are some suitors out there for Andre Miller. Some expiring contracts, young talent, or picks sounds good. I've made up my mind that this team is not going to go anywhere any time soon. You might as well blow things up and go onto full rebuilding mode instead of allowing them a chance to make a huge run at the end of the season to screw up the draft positions.

Millers contract will be just as good next year as it is an expiring.
