QUOTE

LeBron James hasn't gained any weight, contrary to what some have written. Reports out of Las Vegas said he was up to 260 pounds, but he hasn't gained any weight. That said, he played at about 250 last year.

http://www.zwire.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=...amp;rfi=6

Player's weight seems to be a prevelant story this offseason. It started with Kobe Bryant dropping 19 pounds and writers have even noticed Sheed slimming down. I smell a Jenny Craig marketing campaign around the corner.
Personally to me he is the best pure athlete in basketball today and really has the ideal body and size for his game. I would worry if he put on any more weight actually because sure it would increase his strength but it could easily hender his agility, quickness, explosiveness - all vital elements to his game. Lebron at 250 is damn near unstoppable.
