    I heard that Noah is one of the few first round draft picks who hasn't signed a contract yet. Any idea what is holding things up?

    LOL! yeah, its a slotted salary, a set # of years. Nothing really to negotiate except maybe he wants to sit at front of plane, or wants a window view on the long trips

    There is a set amount, but players can be signed for between 80% and 120% of that amount. Normally a player will get the full 120%, but I can see the Bulls negotiating for 110% instead of 120%</p>
