I know I'm late on this, but does anyone find it interesting that James Posey's obvious flagrant foul got the same length of suspension, as an unitentional elbow from Nocioni? Deng hinted at this in a interview recently. The league should have some type of bench mark for distributing their suspensions they shouldn't just come out and say "your suspended ___ games" an explanation would help so that one can judge how long a player should be suspended when a future incident occurs.
Very good point, I never thought of it like that. Previous history should be taken into account like it does in the Australian Football League. Posey, with his history and it being a flagrant should have gotten more than one game.
