To paraphrase: Sadly, the reports haven't said yet what Marlins players would be expendable, almost a non-story, with other teams interested, no teams mentioned or players tho'. and- But Nova likely won't net the Yankees a huge payoff. His career has been plagued by inconsistency and he was bounced from the rotation in late 2015, struggling to find his command after a return from Tommy John surgery, going 6-11 with a 5.07 ERA. Nova could end up the Yankees' long reliever, should he stick around, and fill in as a spot starter. IMO, Nova has not delivered, and I'd wager He never will, at least not in Pinstripes. I'd like to know who's available in return. Because Nova s/b on the top of the list of trade baits....
