It's kind of sad. He was one of the most underrated coaches in our league. But I guess everyone budy knew it was coming when Copper got a three-year deal, and Jeff's contract who would have expired this offseason didn't get renewed.

I'm not surprised. He dropped 6 in a row and one to my favorite, the Warriors [IMG] I'm sorry that he got fired though. He was a good coach. He just lost some of his key players

This reminds me of the Doc Rivers situation- both great coaches who were given up on. Bzdelik has had a team suffering injuries and players who can't get their heads straight.

Tough loss, but I'm sure he'll find another job soon.

I don't think it's his fault Carmelo was in a slump and ball hogging it while shooting under 35%. Or that Martin wasn't producing and Nene was injured.

Now Melo and Martin are both injured... I don't see how this is his fault.

Im hoping that Cooper will let Miller handle the ball like he does now after Carmelo returns too.Miller's such a good passer but he can't handle the ball so much if Carmelo's around.Bzdelik is a good coach and he's gonna be coaching again soon so Im not worrying about him.

My goodness. I was just thinking bout making a thread of should he stay or should he go. And i really wish the Nuggets had given him more of a chance because hes one of the most talented and underrated coaches in the league. Two seasons ago the Nuggets' had the least talented team in NBa history, and 17 wins was pretty remarcable. I hope cooper can do the job.

From 17 wins to the playoffs and they fire him. Pistons did the same with Rick Carlise, what the world si wrong with the NBA. I guess Lawarence Frank is next.

I think Bzdelik can find another one though.

Does anyone think phil Jackson might come to this orginization i highly doubt it but its a thought.

this might be just what the orginization needed to spice things up, up there.

This is crazy news to hear. He really helped there team out. I sure that he will find a job by next offseason. I hate to hear him go but id like to see who the new coach is.

Although it is at someone else's expense, I'm thrilled that Michael Cooper is finally getting his shot. It's been long overdue IMO ...

I wish him the best of luck
