We played a great game against a great team (Pistons) then lost badly to a sub .500 team... although the Rockets' record is actually is actually misleading because they are playing way better than it suggests. But still, the Pistons are still better than the Rockets, we as a team just have the attitude that we show up against the top contenders only, and this is definitely a wrong attitude. The Rockets, in the game, were the better team no matter how you say it, our defense was nowhere near the Piston game, and the Rockets capitalise on that and played great defense themselves. We need to step up I hope this gives us a lesson. vs. Magic Now this is another challenge for us. The Magic are on a tough streak, having won just two of their last 18 games. Still, they made it close each of the past two games on the road against the Warriors and Suns. The Magic have depth, especially the bench, led by Carlos Arroyo, Jameer Nelson, and (don't look now) Darko Milicic, who's averaging 8.0 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.2 blocks in 23.4 minutes over the last five games. Now it's up to us if we're up for this challenge, can we give 100% against a lesser team like this? But we have to remember that they gave us a beating, 83-94 on their homefloor back in early December. + [IMG]Nene has started practicing and could play as early as the next game!Ok, that was a bad joke... [IMG] Closing comments and predictionsI'll take the Nuggets again, I say it this is a challenge for us to play our best basketball against lesser teams. Like Chauncey Billups said about his Pistons, they always bring it against every team in the L, they never play down to the competition. Nuggets win, 110-90. :brucelee:
