    Alright the mavericks won over the grizzlies deserving the number 5 spot in the playoffs. Making the maverick's record 51-30 and the grizzlies ( 6th spot) 50-31.

    Here are the standing in the west

    1.Minnesota 57-24
    2.Kings 55-26
    3.Spurs 56-25
    4.Lakers 55-26
    5.Dallas 51-30
    6.Grizzlies 50-31
    7.Rockets 45-36
    8.Nuggets 43-38

    And the mavericks have a game tonight against the rockets. Why'll the grizzlies play the Timberwolves. Now if the grizzlies win and the rockets beat dallas, do the Mavericks get the number 5 spot who will most likely be against the Lakers?

    Looking at the scenerios, it looks to me that Dallas is toast any which way they end up...They can't beat any of the top 4 teams...
