- nurk says team struggles defensively - wants to be more of a facilitator and being aggressive on defense (not happy with our offensive and defensive style of play, no ball movement and aggressiveness) - says were selfish offensively (a clear shot at terry stotts and maybe even teammates for this iso offense) - says team is not on the same page (thats a big problem) - trying not to force things, but instead make the game easier for others - says he doesnt want to throw anybody under the bus (likes how he moves out there, happy with his condition, says team is not aware of its potential) - team should be more vocal, even if takes criticizing a teammate with a good cause (here he puts blame on the players, not the coaches) - says players should hold each other accountable (well, thats a coachs fucking job, although a players themselves should have self accountability)
