Because it's an illegal and fraudulent use of tax revenues belonging solely to Real American Citizens, and it is strong evidence of an administration whose decisions are heavily influenced by racial preference and political paybacks.
My Spanish is lousy, but what I read is that one doesn't have to provide information on oneself in order to obtain benefits for one's "real American" child. The "illegal" wouldn't receive benefits, or only the proven "real American" would factor into the benefit amount.
Exactly. There are requirements for residing in this country and they include being deported if here illegally.

When they the immigration laws are named things like "Anti Asian Immigration Act" I don't know how it could be anything but racist.
If you read a bit of history you'll find the main concern was that the massive wave of chinese immigrants were almost exclusively unskilled male laborers, were being successfully exploited by capitalists to suppress wages in the gold fields, and it was destroying our economy. The act saved America from financial collapse.
