I'd be surprised especially after Alexi's postseason no show.

We’ll see Al you bald fuck. Honestly, Kakko made a huge mistake. He should’ve taken a sheet. However, Lafreniere is a Montreal boy and they have a lot of cap space and they need a left wing.

I think his dream is Lafreniere would get traded and replace him with an old JVR or Lucic type. He loves them when they’re over 30.

First off I am not anti youth...I make youth earn their spots.

Second all last off season it was Kakko will be offered sheets...not a single rumor that happened...

Third... I'll take multiple first round picks for Laffy..unless you can unload Panarin..which they cant...then Laffy will not get the minutes on his natural position.

I think one of the major reasons Gallant was fired was conversations with Lafreniere took place. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if Drury told Lafreniere and Kakko they were going to be on the first power-play unit next year, and that was going to be part of hiring a new coach. Which would be good for us as far as him not taking an offer sheet. Panarin needs to be demoted from the first PowerPlay unit.

Not that he’s that good anymore but Habs just lost Drouin to the Avs. They’re down to bare bones at LW.

With how rare offer sheets are I don't know why this is a continued narrative.

Makes sense. He’s been screwed over here never getting first unit powerplay time he’s from Montreal his family lives in Montreal. They have a lot of cap space and they need a left wing.

He likely will just get traded within the next year for someone in their late 20's who can help for 2-3y in the playoffs.

This organization is fucking stupid again. I would start looking for future GM talent in Buffalo or Ottawa. They seem to be on the right path now. They should be playoff teams for years to come. Ottawa just needs to put more emphasis on drafting goaltenders or trade for a young one.

If they miss the playoffs i think that would probably be it for Drury. Or if they lose in the 1st round again to NJ or Carolina.
