The quality of unrestricted free agents in the frontcourt is limited, assuming Alonzo Mourning plans to remain Shaquille O'Neal's caddy in Miami.
Moving down the list, Zydrunas Ilgauskas is a two-time All-Star who wants out of the uncertainty of Cleveland. The 7-foot-3 Lithuanian is a complementary part with an element of polish, especially in the center-challenged Eastern Conference. The 29-year-old Ilgauskas has missed only five games the last three seasons after being plagued with foot problems early in his career. </div>

What can the Wizards get for a trade package of Kwame Brown & Juan Dixon?

Definately not Ilguaskas. The main thing, is what team is going to want to sign both of those players, and the only one I can think of is the Hawks. I'm really not a fan of this Jamison at PF think, and if their is a way to move him from that spot, I'll be very happy.

Shareef Abdur-Rahim is an option at PF, he's much more suited for the position than Jamison, and though not the best defensive PF, he's better than Jamison. Other guys I'd like are Stromile Swift, Donyell Marshall, and PJ Brown.

I really think Marshall will be a perfect fit for this team. May be a sign and trade involving Marshall and Kwame.

That would be an interesting trade scenario. Both players, and both teams actually could benefit from the deal. Marshall is a great fit for the Wizards, and the only way the Wiz might be able to keep him out of Houston or Chicago is to trade for him. I don't expect Kwame to get any offers that would overpay him, so their salaries should be similar in price.

Having Kwame & Bosh would give the Raptors a young athletic frontcourt. Kwame should be able to play the 5 spot.

I would love to have Marshall in Washington. He would give us 10+points, and 8+ rebounds, and some serious needed experience. Marshall is a veteran and does alot without taking away attention from team mates, he's kind of the behind the scenes guy. He would be a great addition for us.

I would love Marshall here, he would help us so much with his experience alone.

As for Kwame, his stock is at an all-time low, I'd be happy to get some shoe laces in a deal for him...
