    As everyone knows, Carmelo Anthony is playing on the US national team playing in the WBC right now. This thread will show stats, pictures etc.

    i'm proud of melo. to be honest i never liked him, i didnt have a reason why, i knew he was good, i just didnt like him for some reason. but now after the performances hes been putting up lately, hes proved to me what hes capable of, and i am now a fan of his. it sucks though that now hes injured. i hope hes back soon.

    In an interview today with Coach Mike D'Antoni today, he said that the injury wasn't serious and that Melo should be ready to go against Lithuania.

    Yeah I really like his style of play. I've liked him ever since that NCAA finals game which he as a freshman owned.

    Anthony walking normal after hyperextending knee

    USA looks good for the World Champs and Anthony's form also bodes well for the Nuggets next season.

    The USA defeated Lithuania with ease today 111-88. Carmelo Anthony came back from injury and continued to play well with a team high 19 points. He's had the team high in points 3 of the 4 exhibition games.

    The USA finished exhibition play today against Korea easily defeating them 116-63. Carmelo scored 13 points in 20 minutes on 6-11 shooting ending a great 5 game run and making a strong case to start when the championship begins.
