Keys To The Game:

-Rebound Rebound Rebound: We got killed against the Magic in the first game 61-32 on the glass, hopefully with Hoffa's presence we could do a better job on the glass.

-Nothing Easy: Don't give up easy lay ups and dunks. Steve, Jameer, Grant and Dwight scored many easy baskets last game to put it out of reach.

-Limit Turoevers:- You turn the ball over against a team like the Magic, it's two points in the other end.

    ....

    Say What?! (Prediction)

Raps are coming off two difficult losses on the West Coast. They should be rested and our defensive strategies should have improved after what happened in Dallas on Monday. Raptors win 103-91.

This is a quick and brief preview because I was busy all week. Enjoy!

Raps won 106-96. Seemed that Dwight Howard's foul sparked the Raps.

Last night you saw perfect match up Bosh vs. Howard, but we can say every thing on the way bosh is playing, but we have to see the big Future Dwight Howard- this player is amazing- he is in the rookie year- the puts up great numbers, also with Bosh is the defender- he can score on him, take fouls, offensive rebound...
He can bring his game to other match ups... KG, JO.
He will be other kind of inside player... not JO, and for sure not KG with the assists, not like Chris Bosh with the special baseline spin.
Im really expect Howard to be a big name in the NBA future.

Good win, we pretty much had the game since the beggining of the game. Bosh had a soild game with a double-double and bonner had a pretty good game as well.

    Raptors Recap

Quote:

TORONTO (CP) - The Toronto Raptors know full well Wednesday night's win was just a small step in a steep uphill battle.

Morris Peterson and Rafer Alston had 16 points apiece, and five other Raptors scored in double figures in Toronto's 106-96 win over the Orlando Magic on Wednesday. "It's impressive the kind of balance we had today," said Jalen Rose. "We probably need that a lot more often. Guys were stepping up and knocking down shots and playing pretty good defence. We're going to need a lot of that the rest of the season."

Chris Bosh added 15 points and 15 rebounds, Donyell Marshall and Matt Bonner had 14 apiece, and rookie Rafael Araujo and Rose each scored 13, with Rose grabbing a season-high eight rebounds.

Great win for the Raptors. It's not like they are in the thick of the playoff race but at least it shows that we aren't throwing in the towel.

I like our young talent so far. Bosh has developed tremendously throughout the season and I can also say that Bonner is becoming a better player as well. We are going to have some good picks this season and the next so I am very intrigued to see what building blocks we bring to Toronto via the draft.

BTW Hoffa had 13 points in 18 minutes. HOLLA!

Howard tied his career high of 20 rebounds, which he BTW set against the Raptors earlier in the season.

    OK, that's embarresing!!

Rose's season-high for rebounds is 10, he also had 23 points that night against phili.

Anyone see clips of the spurs/suns game? Marion 18 pts/17 rebounds. Man Marion has amazed me with his rebounding ability.

Amare with 44 points and he was 17 for 22. He had sooo many nice dunks.. Damn! Nash with some great passes too.

Its obvious the Raptors do not have a center to dominate the boards, or to stop howard well.

This was for the Raps I didn't think they would be able to pull it out over Steve Francis and the Magic. Great win for the Raptors.
