- takes Graham's playing time - is not even trying - still pouts - is not a postive in the locker room - is not showing leadership - not a team player, team cancer - if anyone saw, didn't even return Bosh's high five in the game vs Boston as he was on the free throw line This guy is a true cancer yet he started against Boston and he is getting more playing time than Graham and Bonner who are team players and fit into our youth movement. Why is this travesty happening. You cannot tell me that he is so good that we must play him over Graham or else it will make us a worse team. Just send him home then maybe he won't exercise his option for next year.
Co-sign. However: 1. Can't buy him out because it'll cost us money and believe it or not, he may be a tradable asset next year, which is thankfully the last on his contract. 2. I don't think Embry/Colangelo got any offers that don't tie us up cap wise, otherwise Eric would have been traded ages ago. 3. I want the guy to be misrable.
He's obviously going to excercise his player option this offseason. If he publicly asks for a trade after that or even whines a little, which he most likely will, somebody's got to put him in his place.
Well hopefully he opts out of his contract which he has the choice to like Chutney said and it will save Raptors 4 million in capspace. I believe according to Hoopshype salaries thing, would leave Toronto with 16-18 million in capspace this offseason. Thats without resigning Mike James and including Alvin Williams.
you'd think with all the money he makes, he'd be able to afford to buy a box cutter, and get that marble out of his forehead
Erik Williams was just another part of that BRILLIANT trade the Raptors did trading Vince Carter to Nets. Not to mention the buying out of Mourning. Yep, this all turned out real good
Unfortunately, this lazy, greedy dumass is going to excercise his player option for next year because he will get paid about 4 million next year if he does, and he knows he won't get anything close to that on the market. I was at the game against Boston, and he has horrible body language and seems very disinterested in the game and being a good teammate. The one thing I don't understand however is why Sam is playing him for about half the game? He is a terrible player when he is on the court, and it's just taking time from Joey's development. The only reason I can think of is too prove he can play so he can be unloaded in the summer, but he's playing really shitty and it's undercutting one of our youthful players growth.
