If a mod could sticky this, it would be great.

This is the offical Offseason Prediction Thread. Come in here to predict what you think the Bulls will do in the offseason. Since we don't have the playoffs to look forward for, the next best thing is the offseason.

    My predictions:

    Fizer is not retained.
Mario Austin is brought back from overseas.
Crawford gets signed to the MLE type of deal. If he asks for more, he is not retained.
We draft Luol Deng.(hey, I can hope).
Pippen retires, his number is retired, and Chicago celebrates the career of Pippen.
    Gill is brought back.
    Brunson is brought back.
    Williams makes his comeback.

LOL, still no reply from them?

Anyway, that deal you proposed for Crawford is wretched. Its going to start at or near $7 million a season(with increments).

    Ouch.

I just whipped up a deal. Didn't really think it in my head.

But I would say a deal starting at 4 mil for 4 years with incentives and a 5% increase

[IMG] But..but..but..we still have plenty of games remaining..and tyson and pippen bring alot to this team, but they are injured, just be patient and wait for tyson to bring his 13 ppg and 10 rpg. Besides all the recent games were close ones and could have went either way..

Crawford will most likely be gone after this year and I bet he'll become a big star somewhere else, like most ex-bull players.

    My predictions:

    Fizer is not retained.
Crawford is retained to a deal like Prophecy said
    We draft Emeka Okafor.
    Pippen retires.
    Gill is resigned.
Williams plays final 20 games of next season
    Brunson leaves.

    Predictions:

    1.Retain Jamal Crawford.
2.Trade Tyson Chandler (that is IF WE DRAFT OKAFOR, if not, then i believe he will stay)*
    3.Draft Okafor and Roman Sato
    4.Sign Quentin Richardson
    with a lineup like this:

    C-Curry
    PF-Okafor
    SF-Q-Rich
    SG-Jamal Crawford
    PG-Kirk
6th Man: Pargo (that is if he can play half as well as he does now)
    7th: Sato

That would be nice, wouldn't it?

I think their gonna protect Pargo during the expansion draft then trade him for a draft pick or two. Tyson Chandler should be traded for a PF like Kwame Brown. I think Kwame is a much better player and is improving more and more steadily than chandler.

I think Chicago will draft Dwight Howard, not Luol Deng.

Haha... I looked at the date of the first post and I saw December 24th. It's a shame our season was over in one month. Anyways I say:

    -Fizer is not retained.
    -Crawford doesn't come back
-I'd like us to draft Okafor, but everyone is saying that Howard will get picked second. Maybe if we get lucky, we can beat the Magic in the lottery?
    -Gill is brought back.
    -Brunson is brought back.

Honestly, who wants to see another High School big man project? I will go out on the limb and say that the Bulls will NOT draft Howard and I'm 95% sure of it. Paxson has said numerous times he likes experienced players and doesn't want any projects.

for next season since no one has posted on here in a while, i see the bulls going to the playoffs, i think that with gordon, deng, and duhon that they should make the improvements that they needed. pax should give eddy and tyson one more year together and if they suck dump one of em. but, i do think they should win around 45, if they could only play consistent in the 3rd quarter.
