A bit premature to say that. This slump the W's are experiencing is expected. I'm glad it's happening sooner than later. Do you think changes in roster need to be made or changes in performance need to be made? I still think the current roster still haven't reached their potential yet, so why are we all of a sudden thinking the world is over? Every team but a select few hit road bumps in the long NBA season.

These games against New Jersey and Boston were must wins. Look at the month of January.

Besides Portland and maybe Seattle, we are looking at a very very tough schedule. Our wins earlier were against deadbeat teams and now we can't even beat them anymore. I've seen this before for the past 3 years, this is looking like the W's could fall apart. The substitution patterns are making zero sense. Zarko is getting PT when our biggest concern is rebounding and defense. Sure. They must be showcasing him.

Absolutely changes need to be made. The essential changes are to change the starting lineup and substitution patterns. Everyone on this board knows I hate old man Cheaney but start him. Dunleavy has to hit the pine, he's worthless right now. Start Biedrins instead of Foyle. Biedrins will probably spaz out and get a ton of fouls but you can activate Chris Taft, have Foyle take a few minutes or go small.

This zarko BS needs to stop. He's just not what we need, Diogu is. The bad part is that Diogu is completely lost on an NBA court and defensively is pretty damn bad. Diogu offensively is good so it sort of evens out. He's small but the FT's, footwork and nice touch and rebounding will help more than Zarko's shooting and turnovers.

Those must be done, period. I would be the 1st to say Dunleavy should not be benched but by the team he gets rolling, the season could be done. As far as possible trades, get a realistic center who's big and can rebound. I won't bother naming who but this is something Mullin must do.

Kwan knows our salary situation quite well. Can't trade Dunleavy, can't afford to trade Fisher so that leaves our Carribean Center Foyle. Gotta unload that contract somewhere and if you give up a prospect and a first rounder, you do it. Common sense would suggest "hey trading Foyle and a 1st rounder/prospect for cap relief doesn't make us any better!" Well it might. You see, he really has played THAT poorly this year. The only reason he has the starting job is because he has no competition that's ready to play but it got to the point a 2nd rounder was clearly outplaying him. Foyle is done. </div>

This post speaks for itself. Let me be the first to say: unless Mullin does some reconstructive surgery on our roster and/or Monty is canned.....no playoffs.

What do most teams in the NBA do when their current starting 5 are struggling? They CHANGE the starters and give the bench a try. I have no idea why the Warriors never make any changes to the starting line up because of ones poor play. It sickens me. Rewarding minutes to those who aren't getting things done.

Look at the Wizards, they even benched Jamison for a bit to let him know if he's playing poorly that his starting job isn't guranteed. The dude is having a pretty awesome season now, 19 pts 10 reb avg. I worry that players slack off because they don't have to worry about losing their job. ie Dunleavy. STEP UP YO GAME!
