Sure Nash doesn't have as many triple-doubles that Kidd does, but I still believe he's a better player.
Re: OK so I'm DUMB I say Jason Kidd is still the best point guard in the league. He scores, defends, passes, and rebounds. What more could you ask for a point? I cant believe he can put these numbers up at his age.
Re: OK so I'm DUMB Don't get me wrong, he hadda helluva game and is a great player no doubt... He'll hit the hall of fame, I'm sure... But Nash will be right there with him, and that's a fact regardless of whether or not either one of them win a ring between now and the end of their careers...

I think right now its preety even, maybe a slight edge to Nash because his shooting is insane. But then again, Kidd lead the whole game in rebounds last night over Amare, Marion and all the Nets players. Honestly I would take Kidd because of his defense giving that I think both are preety even on offense. But thats just me. And dont get me wrong, Nash is my favorite player next to Kidd.

And Nash is a great, great point guard, but Kidd is a way better defender than Nash ever was in his career.So it's simple: Nash is a better scorer, Kidd a better defender, both make their teams better, so I think you can say they're even.
