Okay I hit a few of useful links that I think you may want to look at. 1.) ShamSports - Is a site that gives you all the exemptions available for which teams. This will give you an idea on the "contenders" with stuff left over for veterans trying to chase a ring. This site gives a nice run down on actual team salaries and cap space as well; by clicking on the tabs above. 2.) Rookie scale contracts and holds - This is pretty useful to give an idea on what pick we have and what that player will be guaranteed if we choose to keep it. 3.) Team's with cap space, lux tax, over the cap - This will be useful because it will give us an idea on what teams can offer what to our restricted free-agents.
