"Kenny Moore was gainfully unemployed. He had worked out twice on Monday so he enjoyed a relaxing evening. He and a group of friends that included three former Carolina Panthers teammates -- running back Jonathan Stewart, guard Mackenzy Bernadeau and defensive end Hilee Taylor -- were at Big Daddy's, a Charlotte cheeseburger joint, when Moore's cell phone rang. Agent Alan Herman served up a mouthful. "Hey, you're going to Indianapolis," Herman said. "You've got a flight at 7:45 in the morning." The NFL is a hard world and things happen fast.
