Rick Porcello will not necessarily return to Triple-A Toledo after starting the nightcap of Saturday's doubleheader against the Indians, Tigers manager Jim Leyland said Friday. In other words, Porcello has a golden opportunity to prove he belongs in the Detroit rotation. Coming off a 14-win rookie campaign last year, the 21-year-old right-hander went 4-7 with a 6.14 ERA in 13 starts this season before being optioned to Toledo on June 20.
