    2015 records: Oregon was 9-4, its first season without at least 10 victories since 2007, but rebounded from a 3-3 start to win its final six games of the regular season, a span that included victories against the Pac-12's North and South division champions. The Ducks were 7-2 in conference play. UC Davis finished 2-9, and was 2-6 in the Big Sky Conference.

    Yeah, you wouldn't want to detract from all of the exciting Blazers action right now by having a couple of weekly threads about the state's two major college football programs games. It's just too damned hard to ignore them if you aren't interested.

    You guys crack me up! I love Duck home games....no lines at the store, park anywhere downtown..the western half of Lane county gets quiet and the locals are drunk and in a food coma by mid afternoon! I'm going fishin'! Good luck Ducks! Football still sucks but I know it makes you nerds happy so enjoy the game! Better a Duck game thread than another Clinton/Trump/Kaepernick/ HCP thread eh?

    It's opening weekend for college football. Why pretend there is anything else going on in sports. My wife is pissed but I started watching at 9 am and I am not moving my ass until 11pm tonight. Go Ducks!
