Oregon sophomore forward Dillon Brooks, who led the Ducks in scoring this past season, told ESPN he will declare for the NBA draft but will not hire an agent. The 6-foot-6 Brooks, who hails from Canada, averaged 16.7 points and 5.4 rebounds per game this past season for an Oregon team that went 31-7 and lost to Oklahoma in the Elite Eight.
