Will he play or will he be resigned to the sidelines. Will he come over this injury and lead the Magic to a victory over the short-handed heat or will he sit out and watch SKIP a.k.a Rafer Alston skip all over the court scoring easy buckets. Key Matchup By Magic Johnson Odom and Howard, although Odom being the better player, also improving as of late, will have the contain the decent offensive capabilities of Howard. And vice versa. Odom if left unguarded might be able to expose and abuse his slight three point skills. Butler will undoubtedly play a lock down play, especially if played man to man against Giricek. If he and Odom defend in unison or in conjunction, it'll provide a great defensive play for use on both sides of the court, meaning defence and offence. Keys to the Game Magic
[*]Rebound [*]Get a substantial lead early on [*]Hold on to any leads
Miami
[*]Rebound [*]Force Magic to take the outside shot [*]Get to the free throw line
Predictions Magic Johnson Both are missing two key offenders, hence overall I'd say the Magic are superior in both the matchups and actually teamwork, meaning players and statistics. I predict Magic by about 6. Magic 98 Heat 91 TimFlem If Mcgrady plays it should be easy for us (The Magic) to get the W if he doesn't then we'll have to fight for it. Magic in a nail-biter by 4. Magic 101 Heat 97 Jump This game will probably come down to McGrady's fitness. If he is able to get on the pine, and put his minutes in, I believe we stand a strong chance, however this does not mean to say that I am confident. Nothing in the Magic this year has installed confidence in me. Just when I believe they are back in the playoff hunt, we give away a silly loss. If we lose this one, it will be very hard to snatch a playoff spot. I would love to say that the Magic will win this, but something in my is saying that the Magic will lose, so Im going to go with my conscience. Heat 102 Magic 94 By Jump, TimFlem and Magic Johnson.
Him and Williams teamed up nicely for and off the glass oop when they played Atlanta this year. That was nice.
If Dwyane Wade plays and is healthy and T-Mac doesn't play, then there is no doubt in my mind the Heat will win.
