Did he just break a bunch of really long runs? That's just unbelievable. I remember thinking 290+ was crazy.

he broke a few that I saw (bouncing back and forth with the Navy game), but iirc he only had 3 runs over 30. They just weren't doing a good job bringing him down, and when he got to the 2nd level no one could catch him.

he had like a 70 yarder and a few around 20-30 but most were just 10-15 yards at a time, pretty damn amazing, but like i said, they ran for like 580 yards total, he could have gotten 500 easy

It looked to me that many of the Nebraska defensive players were tired of tackling this kid, he's a load to bring down.

And all of a sudden, Mariota has new Heisman competition. If Wisconsin wins out (including the Big 10 title), and Gordon gets in the neighborhood of 2500 rushing yards, he'll get a lot of votes.

Geez are we to believe that Rutgers and Purdue have better D's than Nebraska against the run? They kept Gordan to 128 and 205... I've got to think the Huskers threw the towel in middle of the 2nd quarter!

I don't see Wisconsin beating OSU and have you guys looked at that schedule they played to date? Soft is an understatement!

Mariota will have to have some bad games for it to effect the voting that much. Mariota stats are unreal this year.
