ESPN is reporting that there is a proposed deal to send Amare to GS for Biedrins, Wright, Belinelli, and the 7...thoughts?

I don't think it's going to happen. Biedrins is BYC so they would have to wait until sometime in July to make the deal viable. It's a great trade for the Warriors if they can lock Amare up to a long term extension.

    Don't think it happens, either.

It's not gonna happen. GS is giving up way too much. THough Biedrins isn't as good as Amar'e, he is still a good developing center, and Stephen Curry has star potential with his scoring.

The Warriors have a glut of perimeter players, they could afford trading for quality.

Yeah, I guess so, but GS would be better if they looked for someone other than Stephan Curry to trade. Although they probably don't have any other trade assets except from Curry, Jackson and Ellis.

I guess they trust Ellis enough, Amare just needs to make sure he gets some damn goggles I do feel bad when it comes to eye injuries.

The trade talks on this are still going on, but have tremendously slowed down.

That's basically what I'm reading/hearing from virtually every source available as well. Wonder what's going on though. GS said no Curry, Suns said no deal with no Curry unless Randolph is included. GS won't do that I would imagine. Does GS include Monta and take Barbosa back too? Who knows. Unfortunately GS can't trade any 1st round picks between 2010 to 2013 until said pick is payed forward to the Nets from the Marcus Williams deal (lmao).

I hope the Warriors don't make the trade. It's gonna help the Suns and give them a nice, young core to build around. I hope the Suns end up losing Amare for nothing, and Nash goes elsewhere. Hahaha bitches. That's what happens to stupid little pests who think they have an upper hand on us. Time for them to suffer and get put back in their place. Piece of shit organization and piece of shit franchise in a piece of shit city. Go win a championship first you dumb fucks.

Phoenix had a parade in 1993 for their runner up Suns in the Finals. Bunch of pathetic losers. Like those bitches who hang up Pacific Division Championship banners. What... the... fuck...

    lol

We never were able to take our revenge against the suns in a playoff series. lol

If the trade goes down, the Suns DO get ALOT of young and good prospects. Biedrins and Curry especially.

The Suns would be robbing them in this deal. They get gobs of young talent and get rid of a player that would have to be resigned to a gigantic contract after next season anyways. The Warriors would be stupid for doing this and they'd give the Suns great building blocks for the future.

They already have monta, do they need Curry? They're set at the wing positions.

Beans already has a pretty large contract, he's not at Amare's level though. Amare seems quite suited for their style too.

They could move Monta to his normal position of a 2 and have Curry run the point. Who else do they have at the point anyways?

Monta would get killed at the 2 with that frame, Curry isn't a traditional point.

They have Monta, Corey, SJ, Azu, Morrow,Marco. They just traded Jamal Crawford because he was not needed at all. How many perimeter players do they need? They are going nowhere without an influx of talent at the 4 or 5. It makes perfect sense, the Warriors have players like Morrow rotting on the bench.

Yeah, Morrow is a pretty good scorer. Sad to see him wilt under Nelson's crazy rotation changes.

I think the rumor is pretty much dead.
