I met my wife and received my first exposure to the gospel at a Billy Graham Crusade event September 1992. Pretty big deal for me.
My dad listened to him on the radio while we were working in the dairy barn all of my childhood...from what I've heard, he was a very good man..RIP
He was a heck of a big deal when my grandmother took me with her to see him. He was on many people's mind then.
Tbh he turned too pentecostal in the later years. I hope he was saved but lots of biblical evidence to say he was deceived and therefore wasn't.
I didn't mean we needed him gone. I just meant if he went to heaven God made him wait. Just for clarification. Like holding a dog treat just out of reach.
Billy Graham was a good man. I genuinely believe their was hope in his sermons. Unlike most televangelist, He seemed to be trying to teach, instead of condemn. I admire him for that. Blessings.
If you ever doubt that one man can make a difference, look no further than Mr Graham. Rest in Gods peace.
