I'm watching it with the Boston announcers and I thought Mike and Mike were bad homers. All these guys talk about is how bad a call the refs just made if its a call against Boston. Kind of makes me respect Mike and Mike a little more and how they talk about both teams and not just the Blazers all the time.

Yeah, Heinsohn is known for that. I'm surprised there was an NBA fan that didn't already know that.

There is no one worse than Heinsohn. Barrett is unbiased compared to him

I'v never had a chance to watch a Boston game with their announcers so all the talk i'v heard of people saying how biased he is I thought it was the talk that surrounded pretty much every announcing team.

Tommy Heinsohn knows absolutely nothing about players on other teams. You should hear some of the shit he says. It's like watching the game with an annoyingly drunk friend that won't shut up.

Barrett is knowledgeable but is a pretty big homer at times, but that's just natural.

Rice is batshit crazy and that's what makes him great.

consider yourself lucky. I have to listen to him every game. I love ESPN/ TNT games, because I get a break from him.

SEE! I've been telling you guys to get the NBA LeaguePass and you will see how good you have it! If the other teams guys AREN'T homers, they are just plain horrible!

The games are broadcast for the home fans. I have no issues with guys being homers, my problem with Tommy is that its clear he doesn't watch any other games besides the ones he broadcasts.

I have league pass, and the Mikes are big homers. I would rank them in the top 5 of biggest broadcast homers.

Imagine if the Mikes were fired and replaced by HCP. I would fall in love with the NBA again. Imagine the things HCP would say as the broadcaster--the cracks about sex, the cuss words, the macho Mexican attitude...it would be great.

Then he'd get a color man, someone even more colorful than him...this fantasy is getting better.

I know, make it his wife. Oh yeah, and they argue over calls. Oh yeah, this is good.

Tried watching a Boston broadcast once. I think if I had kept watching/listening I'd have ripped my ears off trying to get rid of it.
