    Hey everyone,

So I've lived in Denver for 9 months now, and the Blazers are coming out here to play the beginning of next month and the beginning of April as well. I really need to purchase a jersey, since I don't currently own one. At first I was planning on buying some cheap one from some sketchy site online...a red Roy one. But I haven't found a good deal in a while (they have white and black). I was also thinking of getting a black Oden jersey.

However, I have decided to go with Red Batum jersey...in part because I really like his game as it is what most resembles mine (long arms, strong defense, outside shot, making the smart play, etc.). In any case, I was looking at the Blazer store online, planning on getting a custom jersey.

But they come in three flavors. Custom, Players Custom Replica, and Swingman. What are the differences? Swingman is the most expensive, but I feel like I see that term the most when looking at jerseys. I need to order soon so that I can hopefully get the jersey in time for the game a month from now. So please help me out and figure what is right for me.

I'm 6'1" 190lbs, 33 inch waist, about a 38 inch chest so probably a large or extra large. Trying to figure out the best cut. I don't care about spending an extra 20 bucks if I'm going to be shelling out 50 anyways. Let me know what you all think.

I'll be there in Denver representing, hopefully rocking my new red 88.

    Thanks all!

I'll be there with you. The Pepsi Center is kind of a vanilla place to watch a game.

There are three types of jerseys that you would want to look at:

The $30-50 ones that have a weird feel on the material, and the name(s) and numbers are painted on.

The $60-80 ones have more of a mesh feel, and the name(s)/numbers are stitched on and create the illusion than the stitching is layered, but it is not.

Then there are the authentic jersey's, which are upwards of $100, a nice material and the names and such are layered.

I personally prefer the middle of the road $60-80 jerseys, you can often find them on sale for around $40-50.

Good luck, and show those Thuggets fans what a real fan looks like.

    GO BLAZERS!

Swingman is the way to go. I hate those cheap looking custom replicas with the wide shoulders. Doesn't look like a jersey at all.
