    Wow. Another former Blazer.

Trying to recreate the Spanish Armada with Sergio already there.

As I said in another thread, they pull off getting Rudy, and the 76ers will have more former Blazers on their roster then any other NBA team has had at once

I hope he takes it. Would love to see the Spanish Armada back in the NBA plus that would absolutely make sure they don't try to sign Crabbe.

Yup. Man, I woulda killed for Sergio and Rudy without Nate handcuffing em. Sergio was one of my favorites of that era

Are the Nets still in the game for him, or have they blew all of their wad?

They could be in the game for him but not near the price that was reported.

I wouldn't be too surprised to see Rudy pass on the NBA...he's got a pretty sweet situation in Spain and lives like a rock star there from what I hear...trading that for Philly? Maybe the money talks but I'd be surprised if he came back

Its tough. I agree he lives like a rock star and is basically like jordan over in spain. But rudy has crazy confidence and thinks hes an amazing basketball player. Ptobably feels he didnt get a fair shake his first nba go round and may want to prove himself as an elite bball player. Right now all he has is henderson and bayless competing for minutes. Sergio, his buddy is already signed sealed and delivered. If he doesnt go now, he probably never goes back to the nba

I wonder how Bayless feels about potentially playing with Sergio and Rudy again. You think they got along the first time?

Stop it already, Sixers! You've won my love! Now sign Boban.

(This is a little odd, though. Rudy had a down year for Madrid and has looked pretty hampered by injuries. There are probably better Euro players to target. Why won't somebody sign Teodosic? And I'd love to see Kyle Hines get a chance somewhere - that guy's a brick shithouse.)

I imagine time has smoothed down the edges of Bayless's personality. He probably now believes he's only the second best player in the world.
