So I want to find an obscure stat. What is the most points scored by an NBA player age 21 or younger? I would also like a list of the top 5-10 if possible. I know about basketball-reference.com & 82games.com but cant figure how to find this out. Please help!
Elias stats seems to specialize in the obscure ... though I'm not sure how accessible their database is since I've never actually bothered to use them before.
Rick Barry, 57, San Francisco @ New York, December 14, 1965 (21 years old). I don't know if that is the answer but it is my best guess.
Ha Seung-Jin: 13 points on 6 of 7 FG, 5 boards in 24 minutes, including a dunk off a behind the back pass from Sebastian Telfair, in a 106-103 win over the LA Lakers on April 20, 2005. At the ripe age of 19, it's got to rank as one of the top performances of a player under 21.
Cmon you bitches! Show me your worth and figure this out...and Nik, it seems that site you mention is only for baseball
Sort that list by date, and take a look at the two results on 1/23/2009. Looks like there was a scoring contest at Staples last night.
