    Aight listen...

I know this gurl that this baby.. well it's not really hers.. see.. her sister died and the father didn't want the kid.. so Jessie (my friend).. took the kid.. now.. the father wants the kid.. but Jessie really loves the kid.. she doesn't want to give the baby back but she thinks that the kid should be with his real father... she asked me for advise.. I told her:

"I agree that he should be with his real dad, but his dad walked out on him. Why does he want him back? Like, he just came to your house and said he wants him back? Does his dad live in Indiana? Idk what you should do. IF it was ME, I would try my hardest to keep him, 'cause, what if he walks out again? If he did it once, then there's a chance he'll do it again, ya know? I can't help too much, sorry. I really hope things work out and you get to keep him. Keep me updated, K? Luv ya. Bye"

I'm not the best at giving at advise. But that was pretty good? Or should I have said something else?

That's a tough situation to deal with. I think she should talk with the real dad and see where his head is at. Has he matured and became more responsible since his first attempt at raising a child? Does he understand that another human's life is in his hands? She needs to talk it over with him and then if he is ready to take on this task of parenting, maybe she can arrange some sort of schedule where she can still visit the baby. Let her know that I wish her good luck and I will keep her in my prayers.

Thanks, man. That's good advise. I just feel real bad for her 'cause she really does love the kid. What if he walks out again? I mean, you never really know, right?
