Chad Ford, via Twitter, said it's not at all too early to start DWill trade ideas. He's working on a column as we speak about possible destinations. Paging Mr. Cho, paging Mr. Cho!
You've got Blakey, whom I've been informed is the perfect Phil Jackson point guard and his numbers just look bad because the triangle suppresses point guard stats. So you'd really gain nothing with Deron.
change the name to chris paul we have tome warped back to summer of 2010. fats forward to spring of march 2011. neither will be here.
D Will is going to want to be on the next superteam. Now we just have to woo him (we did such a good job of wooing Turkoglu).
For all of you bashing Cho for not making 100 trades already... how many trades have there been so far this season in the NBA?
as I said on another thread, with all this crap goin on i think this new CBA battle could be even a worse lengthy battle than most think, If I'm most of the owners I'm gettin to the point where I've had enough, if I'm a fan I'm ready to walk away with all this super team crap
i doubt he'd sign an extension anywhere right now, so with the lockout we would be in a bidding war for what is potentially a < 1/2 season rental.
Imagine the pressure on Deron. A lot of superstars have driven coaches out of the league, but this one has to top them all. This superstar (if he has reached that level which I don't think he has) has driven Sloan out of Utah. That is something that will be attached with Williams for the rest of his career. He can over come it being a star on the court . . . but imagine the pressure he must feel.
Even forgetting the past (which they won't), no way Utah sends Williams to a division rival. I'm thinking Miami
